At St. Andrew’s East, we only serve Black Angus Beef. Our beef is aged which is proven to increase  tenderness and flavour. Our poultry is from local Canadian sources. Chicken is grain fed, air chilled  with no salt or water added. Our fish varieties are all fresh. Salmon especially a big seller, containing omega 3 fatty acids, reducing the risk of heart disease. The seafood selections include lobster, shrimp and scallops, grilled baked or poached depending on your dietary needs. All of our produce is delivered fresh to us three times weekly.
